Our Mindfulness courses for anxiety and stress are run over eight weeks and also over 3 full days for those who live at a distance. For the intensive 3-day mindfulness courses accommodation is available locally for those who need to travel.
During the courses they run, Suryacitta and Gaynor bring over 40 years of combined experience and practice to each of their meditation courses. They explain mindfulness and compassion in non-jargon and non-cliched language. They show you how to bring awareness and compassion into every area of your life.

Each participant receives:

A workbook for home practice and reflection
Free unlimited access to guided meditations and talks on our global membership programme.
The programme contains all guided meditations from the course along with new ones. It is designed to help you maintain your practice after the group courses.

What people say

“Thank you Suryacitta for an inspiring and helpful 8 weeks. I think the impact will last much longer. A lot of food for thought. Thank you for the gentle facilitation. I had never experienced a course of this kind previously where the leader seemed to leave his ego behind. and it works.”
