Join our Weekday Morning Meditation Club  

How the weekday morning meditation club works 

The meditations take place from Monday to Friday 07:30 - 07:55am UK time 
 
Your will need a quietish space - a chair or your meditation cushion.  
 
Suryacitta will give a short teaching followed by a spacious guided meditation.  
 
You can have your camera on or off - Your choice.  
 
There will be diffrent meditations practiced each day:  
Including Mindfulness of Breathing; Loving Kindness; Just Sitting; Serene Reflection; Mountain Meditation; Taking off the Masks; Working with Difficult Emotions; becoming free of the tyranny of thoughts and many more. Please send through any requests for meditation. 
 
On Wednesdays and Fridays we will begin with 5 minutes of Chi Kung style movement to help with flexibility. You can join in or just relax. 
 
ALL SESSIONS WILL BE RECORDED AND SENT ON THE MORNING of RECORDING
 
Please Note: The cost allows for 30 days per year holiday. We will let you know when these are. We may ask one of our  
Trainee Teachers to guide the meditations whilst we are on holiday. 
 
Cost is £20 per month (equivalent to about £1 per day)  
There is no contract and you can cancel anytime.  
We use Go-cardless, but if you would prefer to use a diffrent payment platform or set up a direct debit via your own bank, please email us.
