Our long silent meditation retreats in the UK below are held at stunningly beautiful Nanpantan Hall, nestled in the heart of ancient Charnwood Forest in Leicestershire. They are suitable for you if you want to experience deeper meditation away from your normal every day life. 
 
These long meditation retreats Suryacitta leads are also suitable for teachers of mindfulness to both deepen their practice and their teaching skills.

Information about the retreat 

This retreat is held in the stunningly beautiful Nanpantan Hall, nestled in the heart of Charnwood forest, Leicestershire. 
 
This retreat is open to all who are familiar with mindfulness and wishing to practice and work with a teacher with over 30 years experience. 
 
It is also suitable for teachers of mindfulness who wish to explore the subtleties of mindfulness for themselves. 
 
Nanpantan Hall has a range of en-suite single rooms and large rooms, many with stunning views, with shared bathrooms.  
 
There will be 4 days/nights of complete silence which meets the UK practice guidelines and to aid calm and reflection. There will ample free time to relax and enjoy the stunning grounds and countryside.
