Meditation Retreat London 

All of our Mindfulness courses for London are run by author and international teacher Suryacitta Malcolm Smith and supported by Gaynor Quilter. Suryacitta is one of the most experienced mindfulness teachers in the UK. 
People who live in the London area and who wish to train with Suryacitta opt to attend one of our 3-day intensive mindfulness courses, run in Leicestershire and to stay locally, or you can join online over Zoom. Accommodation options can be provided. They run from Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday. 
 
Our mindfulness courses London are suitable for complete beginners but also because of the experience of the teachers they are suitable for people who wish to refresh or deepen their practice. 
 
During the weekend you there will also be time for quiet time to relax, and for walking in beautiful Bradgate Park just a two-minute walk from the venue, which is nestled within ancient Charnwood Forest. 
 
We also run mindfulness workshops for corporate clients either in London or at our venue in Leicestershire. Please get in touch if you would like more information.

After the weekend finishes, you will be given access to our Online mindfulness programme, Mindfulness Unleashed 24/7 with over 100 guided meditations and teachings, plus a once a month live event session over zoom. This is to help with maintaining your practice. 
 
You will receive tools and techniques for everyday life gleaned from decades of practice and experience from Suryacitta and Gaynor.
