What People Say

“It’s been amazing. Thanks very much. Just give me the understanding that you don’t have to make things complicated." Julie

"Feel I’ve learnt so much without being overloaded with verbal information. I felt you lead the course using your awareness of the group not just following a set structure. And all teaching easily relatable and practical. Feel that what I have learnt has given me a confident foundation. Thank you." Nikki

What People Say

“Thank you. Superb course. Very Professional laid-back manner. I will be recommending to others. Came on the course to support a family member, however it made me think how much I work to set routines and maybe could change my mindset a little. I was initially sceptical regarding mindfulness but intent to practice on a regular basis." Lee

The course surpassed my expectations, it has helped me understand that I don’t need to clear my mind, I acknowledge my thoughts. The guidance on your website has been really useful as well as the guided reading sent beforehand. This has helped me to continue to engage in mindfulness before the course as well as afterwards." Alex

What People Say

“Everyone enjoyed the course. People were lovely, I was able to ask questions and not feel uncomfortable at all. I always complicate and elongate everything, when small and simple steps every day are far more beneficial. I’ve learnt lots of valuable tips." Mehmoona

"I realise I have always seen myself as a doer and felt it’s important to have constant things to do and lists of things for the future. I didn’t allow myself time to be and that means thoughts came in when I was doing other things like sleeping. This has been such a positive experience. It has left me wanting to do more." Gail
