Online Introduction to Mindfulness


Monday Mindfulness 10:30 - 11:10 - These are FREE sessions on mindfulness and meditation for beginners and those wanting to refresh their meditation practice, or if you just want to sit and meditate.

Zoom is free to join and a link will be sent to you on registration. You can join in or just sit back and keep your camera turned off. Pease note: this will be recorded and uploaded to our Youtube channel

These sessions will be run by Gaynor Quilter and Suryacitta .

There will be teachings on mindfulness and guided meditations.
