Walking and Meditation Day Retreats Leicester  

This retreat is the perfect opportunity to give the mind some stillness and the body some movement. 
 
Join us for a day of relaxation, meditation and connection with nature. Take a break from your busy life and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings as you walk through ancient Bradgate Deer Park, once the home of Lady Jane Grey. 
 
The morning will be spent meditating in the Kuti, Sunnyside, nestled in the ancient Charnwood Forest. The afternoon will be spent walking mindfully in Bradgate deer park. 
 
The retreat is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness and what to find out how to practice. 
 
Tea, biscuits, a vegan lunch and cake is provided. 
 
Please check weather forecast and dress accordingly before leaving home. By booking you agree that any sprains which you may occur whilst walking are your responsibility. Mindfulness Unleashed cannot take any responsibility for personal injuries.
