Our one day silent mindfulness meditation retreats are ideal for anybody wanting to meditate in a beautiful environment, and to be taught by one of the most experienced meditation teachers in the UK. Our silent meditation retreats in Leicestershire take place in the Kuti - meditation space. The Kuti is situated in the beautiful village of Newtown Linford, nestled in the heart  
of Charnwood forest.  
 
Although these are silent retreats there will be short simple and practical teachings from Suryacitta with time for questions, but all other times outside of the Kuti will be in silence. Silence helps us to relax, reflect and to tune into our senses rather than the over thinking mind.  
 
These retreats take place in-person and are broadcast live online. If you wish to attend our meditation retreat online you just need a quiet space and a good internet connection.

Meditation Retreats in the UK 

What Will Happen 
There will be short teachings from Suryacitta followed by both guided and unguided meditations. These meditations will be punctuated with periods of silence where you can sit in the garden, drink tea, do mindful walking or lie on the grass and watch the clouds go by. 
 
All meditation mats or chairs are provided so there is nothing you need ot bring along apart for some good walking shoes if you want to walk in beautiful Bradgate Deer Park which is just two minutes walk from the Venue.
