Overview:
This six-session journey invites participants to turn inward, to rediscover the simple, radiant presence that is always here. Through direct experience, guided reflection, and simple practices, we explore the nature of thought, the illusion of self, and the effortless ease of being at home in awareness.

Session 1 – Coming Home to Presence
Theme: Freeing Yourself From Thought

Summary:
We begin by recognising presence — the still, aware space beneath all thoughts and feelings. Instead of seeking something special, we learn to rest in what’s already here.

Practice:
Guided meditation: “Resting as Awareness”
Sensing the body and breath without trying to change anything

Reflections For Home:
What happens when I stop trying to improve this moment?
How does it feel to simply be?

Session 2 – Freeing Yourself from Thoughts
Theme: Seeing thoughts for what they are

Summary:
Thoughts don’t ask permission to arise; they are not chosen and cannot be stopped. But they can be seen. In this session, we learn to watch thoughts appear and dissolve, without identifying with them.

Practice:
Meditation: Watching the river of thought
Writing exercise: “If I’m not my thoughts, what am

Reflection For Home:
Can a thought define me?
What is aware of the thinking?

Session 3 – Meeting the Sense of ‘Me’
Theme: Exploring the illusion of self

Summary:
The sense of ‘me’ appears as a bundle of thoughts, sensations, and memories. We inquire into what we take ourselves to be, not intellectually but through quiet observation.

Practice:
Guided inquiry: “Who am I when I’m not thinking about myself?”
Silent sitting with the felt sense of being

Reflections For Home
What happens to the ‘me’ when I look for it directly?
Is awareness personal or impersonal?

Session 4 – The Art of Allowing
Theme: Relaxing resistance and opening to what is

Summary:
Presence doesn’t resist experience. We learn to welcome everything — sensations, emotions, and thoughts — without grasping or pushing away. This is where presence begins to flower as peacefulness.

Practice:
Open awareness meditation: letting everything be as it is
Body awareness and emotional release through soft attention

Reflections For Home:
What changes when I stop resisting what’s here?
Is peace something I create, or something I notice?

Session 5 – Living Presence
Theme: Bringing presence into daily life

Summary:
Presence isn’t confined to meditation; it is life itself. We explore mindful living — walking, listening, and speaking from awareness rather than from the conditioned self.

Practice:
Walking meditation: being the space in which walking happens
Mindful listening and speaking exercises

Reflections For Home:
Can I sense effortless presence in the middle of ordinary activity?
How does life unfold when I don’t interfere?

Session 6 – Falling in Love with What Is
Theme: The heart of presence — resting as love

Summary:
In our final session, we rest deeply in being. Presence is revealed not as a dry state of awareness but as living, loving stillness — our true home.

Practice:
Silent sitting: “Nothing to change, nowhere to go”
Gratitude reflection on the journey of awakening

Reflections For Home:
What does it mean to fall in love with presence?
What do I need to let go of to fall in love with presence?
